sexual cells when a new nucleus is established, the one containing

unique genetic data.

During the entire period of perinatal a new human being can not

be considered as a part of mother's body: it must not be dealt with

as an organ or a part of the body of mother.

So it is obvious that abortion accomplished at any term of pregnancy

is a deliberate breaking of human being's life (the life of human being

as a biological individuum)".
